What is the return policy on By Cheryl T's products?
As each product is limited edition and hand-painted specially for you, returns on products are not accepted. Prior to shipping, all products will also be thoroughly checked for defects to ensure that you will not receive any defective merchandise.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, and we offer both Local (Singapore) Shipping and International Shipping! All shipments are registered and tracked. For Local Registered Shipping, it will take 5-7 days to arrive. For Local Express Shipping, it will take 1-3 days to arrive. For Registered International Shipping, it will take ~2 weeks to arrive.
What is the Shipping Fee?
Shipping Fee will be shown upon checkout. For Local Registered Shipping, the shipping fee is $5. For Local Express Shipping, the shipping fee is $12. For International Shipping, the shipping fee is $25. All currency is in SGD.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal. There is no need for a PayPal account to complete the payment. Check out via Credit/Debit Card via PayPal is allowed. For other forms of payment, do reach out to bycherylt@gmail.com to enquire further.
Will the Painting be lasting on the product?
Yes, all Artwork will be painted using fabric paint and heat pressed to ensure long-lasting durability.
Can I wash the Hand-Painted product?
Due to the delicate nature of the Hand-Painted Artwork, hand-washing gently using cold water is recommended.
